Tate, the super’s sexy son, shows up. Lexy and Tate spar over the latest

The review --
This is a really fun
contemporary romance with great characters and a delicious storyline. I like both the
characters of Lexy and Tate a lot, and their sparring makes for a good read.
This book has all that you want in a romance book, but written in an upbeat,
different way that is so much fun to read.
