The review --
This is a well written
book that I enjoyed reading, but, you should know that this isn't a stand-alone
novel. It is the first part of a 6 book series. The ending isn't a continued
one, but neither does it have a happily ever after ending either.
Be warned though, the
rock star in the book is a selfish, self-centered character who doesn't improve
much. The focus of the book is the maid, Audra, and her struggle to better her
life while dealing with the rock star.
There is a colorful
cast of characters that populate the book, and help to make it a memorable
read. Overall, it is a fun read with interesting characters.
